Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Taskora (“Taskora”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit taskora.web.id or use the Taskora product, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at connect@taskora.web.id.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from that provider.
- Workspace content — the tasks, projects, comments, files, and other content you and your team create in Taskora.
- Usage and device information — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
- Communications — messages you send us, for example to connect@taskora.web.id.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure Taskora, including authenticating you and preventing abuse.
- To send transactional emails related to your account and workspace activity, such as email verification, password resets, task assignments, deadline reminders, project invitations, and security notifications.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your workspace content for advertising.
Taskora emails are sent from connect@taskora.web.id. Transactional emails are triggered by your account events or by activity in workspaces you belong to. You can manage work and workspace notifications in your notification preferences. Account and security emails are required to operate your account and can't be turned off while your account is active.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as “Remember me”.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run Taskora: with service providers that host our infrastructure, deliver email, or process payments on our behalf, under obligations to protect it; with members of your workspace, as part of normal collaboration; when required by law; or with your consent.
Retention
We keep account information and workspace content while your account is active. When you delete your account or workspace, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
You can access and update your account information in Taskora. You can ask us to export or delete your personal information by emailing connect@taskora.web.id. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including hashed passwords, email verification, and role-based workspace access. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Children
Taskora is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
